Your training life, in one place

Win tomorrow.

Strava is great at the feed. Garmin is great at the stats. Your training plan is great on paper — until you open it too late and skip the workout. Ballust brings all of it together with your real calendar: one app to check, one place to plan, tomorrow set up before it starts.

The problem

Every app does one thing well. None of them runs your training.

Strava is built for the social feed. Garmin for the deep stats. Coaching plans land over the top — PDFs and calendar invites you don’t open until the day is done, and the workout gets skipped. Work, family and recovery each live somewhere else. Every piece is good. Together, they’re noise.

Tomorrow, set up

Tempo run 07:10 · fuel from 18:00 · alarm 06:30

One app to check. One place to plan. Balance, restored.

One hub, one loop

Build a week that actually works.

Training should adapt to your life — not demand that your life adapt to the plan. Everything in Ballust serves one loop:

01

Plan

Your coach’s plan, a gym program, or a feed from Final Surge, TrainingPeaks, Garmin Connect or Intervals.icu — or a preset plan to reach your next goal: 12 running plans from 5K to marathon and 9 bike plans from 40 to 160 km, each adapted to your goal and zones. Every session is a real workout: warm-up, repeats, recovery, cool-down, with pace, power, HR and RPE targets.

02 The win

Brief

Each evening at 20:00, Ballust builds tomorrow around your real life — work rhythm, commute, weather, fuelling, even a wake-up alarm — and suggests where training fits. One tap places it. Nothing lands in your calendar unless you put it there.

03

Execute

The run, ride or gym session is a real workout in the app: step-by-step structure and targets, sets, reps and supersets with rest timers, and a lock-screen Live Activity. Workouts recorded on your watch or Garmin count automatically through Apple Health.

04

Reconcile

A late meeting or bad night shouldn’t destroy the week. Completion is matched to the plan honestly — done, missed, skipped, moved — and workouts done outside the plan show up as themselves. Your override always wins.

05

Report

Progress, load, recovery readiness — and, when coached, summaries of every workout you complete, planned or not. Summaries only. Raw health data never leaves your device.

One app, the whole athlete

Runs, rides, lifts and stretches. Fuel and sleep. One timeline.

Strength, mobility and stretching — one place

Gym programs with ordered days, rest timers, supersets and the number to beat from last time. Guided stretching and mobility routines play move-by-move with per-side cues and auto-advance. Every kind of strength work lives in the app — on one timeline, in one load model.

On the lock screen

A Live Activity carries the whole session — the exercise and set you’re on, every rest and hold counted down — so the next set starts from your pocket.

Fuel that knows when

Before, during, after — carb-loading two days out, heat- and sleep-debt-aware, gel and water quick-log mid-session.

Ready, not guessed

Acute vs chronic load, sleep, HRV against your own baseline — one honest readiness number.

Your gym work, on Strava

Lifts and mobility auto-post to your feed with the full exercise listing — and a Ballust signature.

Life happens. The plan bends.

Your Gmail, iCal and work calendars all sync straight in — so training is planned around your actual week, not an ideal one. Move, resize, roll over — honestly. Holiday mode when you’re away. Planning warnings like “hard session near legs day”. And nothing is ever written to your calendars unless you place it there yourself.

Ballust Coach

Coaching, built in — not bolted on.

Your coach’s plan lands in the calendar you already run from. No screenshots, no spreadsheets, no WhatsApp threads.

  • Week-grid calendar with the same structured step builder athletes use — for runs, rides, gym and mobility sessions
  • Prescribe strength like you prescribe intervals: exercises, sets, reps, rest and supersets from your exercise library
  • Push a plan with a start date; adjust next week before Monday
  • Planned vs actual per session — done, missed, skipped, moved
  • Every completed workout on the calendar, assigned or not, with one-tap match suggestions
  • Feedback threads on sessions — and your athlete’s edits are never silently overwritten

“Keep the coach. Lose the screenshots.”

Summaries only — raw health data never leaves the athlete’s device.

Private by design · Honest by default

Your health data stays yours.

  • Raw HealthKit, GPS and sleep never leave your device
  • Share only what you choose — completion summaries by default, load on request
  • Change scope or disconnect anytime; account deletion is permanent and yours — from the app itself
  • No fake streaks, no gamified guilt — completion is matched to the plan honestly
