The plans

Build a week you can actually do.

Bring your coach’s plan, build your own, or start with a Ballust plan. Running. Cycling. Strength. Mobility.

Bring your plan

Your coach’s plan, a gym program, or a feed from Final Surge, TrainingPeaks, Garmin Connect or Intervals.icu. It all lands in the same week, on the same timeline.

Built in

Start with a Ballust plan

12 running plans from 5K to marathon and 9 bike plans from 40 to 160 km, each tuned to your goal and zones. Warm-ups, intervals, recoveries, sets, reps, rest and targets — sessions structured properly, not just a title and a number in a calendar.

Bend, don’t break

When the week doesn’t go to plan, change it. Move a session. Push it back. Take a rest day. Missing one workout shouldn’t ruin the week.

More than a run planner

Run. Ride. Lift. Move. It’s all training.

Your whole week, not just your workout.

Work. Commutes. Travel. Dinner. Family. Training. Ballust puts them on the same timeline so you can see where training actually fits — and nothing gets added to your real calendar unless you choose to put it there.

Then go train.

When it’s time to train, Ballust gets out of the way. Follow your run or ride step by step, keep the session on your lock screen, and log gym work with sets, reps, supersets and rest timers. Record with your Apple Watch or Garmin — the result lands back in your history through Apple Health.

Know when to push. Pro

Training load. Sleep. HRV against your own baseline. Not a magic number telling you what to do — another piece of information to help you decide whether today is a day to push, hold back or recover.

Fuel for the session you’re actually doing. Pro

Long run in the heat? Different story. Hard session after a poor night’s sleep? Different again. What to take before, during and after — including when to start fuelling and how much you may need.

What actually happened matters.

Completed the workout? Great. Moved it? Ballust records that. Skipped it? That’s okay too. Did something completely different? That gets recorded as well. No fake streaks — a training history should reflect your training.

Your gym work belongs in the same week.

Build your strength program alongside your running and cycling. See what you did last time, know what you’re trying to beat, and rest when you’re supposed to. Mobility and stretching are guided move by move — and lifts and mobility can post straight to Strava, full exercise listing included.
